Books, Ideas, and Art
This whole book is to get you up to speed fast, zoom by the competition, and reach into the future, which is literally in your hands.
Details matter. Mindset matters. Throughout this book, I show you unique ways to improve your client’s experience.
Connect with your clients and set yourself apart from average therapists. Know what to say and how to communicate with clients.
Learn how to rebook clients over and over and get quality referrals. Set up your practice so it’s easy to run.
It’s a great business book. I don’t care what field you’re in, if you own a business, it’s a must read. It’s a bonus if you’re in the massage industry, but from start to finish, everyone who owns a business or wants to start one up can get a great deal of knowledge from networking, buying things less expensive in the beginning and putting away savings to buy higher ended work items. Being your own cheerleader, believing in yourself, gratitude, journaling, and most of all, who you want your clients to be.

This book offers all therapists imperative insights for all going into or retaining clients in the fields of therapy. Though the draw is toward massage therapists, as a fellow business owner, I believe many other occupations will benefit for this book. I highly recommend therapists read Sarah’s book in order to acquire, maintain, and grow their clientele.
